I have concrete countertops and a farmhouse sink. Wouldn't reach in the sink to empty. Great product just couldn't use on my sink.

Not too tough to install if sink is out and you don't have to drill a hole. I hooked it up to the hot water side after plumber connected to cold, works much better. Cleans dried wine from glasses fast, just make sure you don't push down without a glass, splashed off a 10 ft ceiling like a fire hose!

We got this to use with our tumblers and gym mixer cups. The item was easy enough to install and it came with enough orings to replace the ones in the existing lines. Everything fit great and there were no leaks at all. We always use teflon on plumbing (not included) and you should too. The spray power is strong enough to rinse out our tallest tumblers and the water flows into the sink without issue. Just take the cup off slowly to make sure the water stops or water will spray out a bit from the sides. Overall a great value and solid quality, and works for what we wanted.

I can't tell you how much I love this cup rinser! I made completely out of metal, very industrial heavy duty! The stream that runs through it is very powerful it can easily rinse more than just glasses. I use it on everything that has an opening and could seat in it! I like that it has silicon so your glass and precelain cups don just hit metal when your rinsing out your cups! The installation was not hard at all! It came with a splitter which worked out great! I use less water with this rinser than using the faucet!

The best product I’ve bought for my new renovated kitchen. It looks so clean on my countertop by the sink and it’s so useful. I use this product more than once a day for all my cups, baby bottles, water bottles and wine glasses. It does such a good job rinsing your cups / bottles.

The sprayer rotates with the push-down plate - meaning that when you try and rinse glasses you need to pick up and push down multiple times (as the jets rotate with the glass and only hit the same area).There is no check valve, so when the jets are open if there is a draw on the waterline it could draw into your waterlines (which is a big no-no).Otherwise the product is a solid design.

The washer itself looks good is solid looks nice but after a few uses it just Sticks on and when the cup is released from the washer it will not shut off have to turn water off to reset it
