At this point, I have purchased a number of these scoops in different sizes. They are so useful for so many jobs, are easy to clean (I don't use the dishwasher for these), and release whatever you are scooping at ease. The medium to large scoops are great for uniform cookies, meatballs, waffle and pancake batter, salmon and crab cakes, and so much more. The smaller ones are useful for melon balls, scooping out the center and seeds of squash for stuffing, and more. These scoops are excellent for making uniform portions for all of the uses mentioned above. The scoops are made of stainless steel, are durable, and will not rust. They are ergonimic and easy to use whether right or left handed. Considering the prices of the various sizes and the multitude of uses, I believe they are a great value for the money. I love this little thing so much. I first learned this brand from the King Arthur website. I love how fast I can work with this thing. I can scoop my ice cream, mashed potatoes evenly, the releasing rare is superb. The build quality and the design and studiness is also excellent to use and it's very easy to clean. Now I am so obsessed I want to own more colors. Just to be aware this white color/size is huge! It's best used for scooping mashed potatoes, popovers. If you want to use to scooping cookies, I'd recommend the blue color/size!

Zeroll portioners are my go-to product for making cookies, muffins and cupcakes, and portioning out foods into individual servings for future meals. They make it easy to follow my current dietary volume restrictions. My new red portioner is the perfect size to measure out meatballs, and (as expected), it works perfectly. I find Zeroll portioners easier to use and less likely to get off-gear than other portioners that I have tried.

This is the fourth different style/brand cookie scoop I've purchased seeking one that would hold up. The others broke almost immediately - their mechanisms were poorly designed and couldn't handle even slightly stiff dough. I was actually hesitant to try this one because of the plastic handle. I thought if the all metal ones couldn't hack it, how could this one? But I've had zero problems with it. It worked the first time, and every time since. I've made dozens of cookies from chilled dough without incident. This is definitely the one. Also, as a somewhat lefty (primarily left-handed, but learned to do most things with my right too, so I tend to switch back and forth), I appreciate that this can be used with either hand. Not all of them are. These are pricier than some of the other styles, but worth every penny in my opinion. I plan to pick up a few more since they offer a good range of sizes too.

I needed a very specific serving size for a particular preparation I was planning, and Zeroll Company has all the serving sizes you can imagine.Design is very nice and so are the materials and colors. The only flaw I noticed is that the cleaning mechanism of the bowl is not very accurate and does not reach the bowl surface evenly enough, leaving remains at the bottom of the bowl, certainly not as other brands I own, like the all-steel japanese made dishers, which are cheapper.

Just right for scooping up large amounts

This is the perfect product to make cookies. Works great, seems made well. This size makes about a 2" chocolate chip cookie. Would recommend to a friend.

Scoured hi and low for a cookie scoop that doesn't break on the first use. This one seems to be it! Hope it lasts....​Longer than the other I've bought from other brands. 2000 scoops in and still going strong!

Love these Zeroll dishers -- simple design, easy to clean, consistent performance. Durable handles will last forever and the different colours make for quick identification of sizes. Easy single-handed use, and very versatile in the kitchen.

Perfect for muffins but not for cupcakes. I found that it made Perfect muffins because the scoop fills a standard muffin tin with and without a liner just enough to achieve a “muffin top”. But when making cupcakes you don’t want a “muffin top”. I purchased the red handle zeroll disher just for cupcakes and I use the blue handle disher for my muffins!
