Omgosh! This Ashwanganda has helped someone I know who’s been suffering from acute anxiety & PTSD. In particular the anxiety has lessoned by approximately 95% and she’s sleeping much better now too. The effectiveness and quality has been phenomenal. Prayers have also helped this individual and indeed this amazing herb which was started in July 2025 and by mid August the doctors and family have all seen a major shift in this individual’s presentation. Not Warrior, more like decent attempt
Warriors slipped in standards so much over the years. I remember when it was a big hit in the gym, you can now buy it in BnMs which sullys the reputation hugely.
