Good product!
Update! I have to say although my first experience with this trainer wasn't the best, i do admit it is a good product. Customer service was very helpful and and changed my product (probably damaged during transport) and the new one works very well. I am very satisfied with it and hope by summer to get myself a nice flat abdomen. Do recommend it, good product and good price I bought this after seeing one almost the same at a friend and also had the chance to test it. Unfortunatly he bought it from the facebook market so i had to check amazon. Not only this one is different but it is very unconfortable when you start it. Somehow it vibrates very stongly in some parts and you feel it like a needle pouching you in the same place over and over. You can definetly feel the vibration all over when putting it on your abs lets say,but that needle pain gets worse and worse...so the longest i could last with that pain was maybe 6-7minutes. I think it sure needs some improvements and i can not say i revommend it right now.

Does not work and instructions are incoherent.
The product comes with instructions written in very poor English, no batteries included, and when you eventually get the things on your body they don’t stick. The remote control which you pin on to the pads also does not stay on for longer than one minute. It just does not work.

It works!!
Before using this i consulted a doctor as i had a c-section which left me with weak tummy and back muscles and no matter how much i exercised i couldn't shift my extra pounds i put on. I wouldi gave it 5 stars all round but the leaflet didn't give enough information on how to use it. After watching a YouTube video, i started of with programme 1, which last 12 mins due to first time use. The plastic was easy to remove i placed the large one on my tummy which stayed in place & the two small ones on my legs, and WOW i could feel the vibrations all over, after the 12 minutes its shuts of which its designed to do, it was very easy to remove of my tummy which no stickiness and easy to peel of again when i re used it. I use it 2 - 3 times a day, even when sitting down in the evenings, i have noticed my belly becoming firmer after afew weeks of using it. Would definitely recommend but i would check with a doctor first if any muscle or health problems.

Tradition is Better I Guess
This is an odd one. So I’ve seen these things before and I’ve been wondering what they were like for a long time. I’m a girl who’s shy when it comes to her stomach. I’ll be honest, I’m also somewhat lazy and don’t like going on massive diets and intense workout plans. So I think I did see this as maybe a way to help me on the side. I’m watching my calories and just walking a lot. Anyway, I bought it and tried it out. When I looked at the instructions I was a little confused because they were very brief and didn’t say much like how long you should have it on for. Or how long for each settings or how it actually helps you lose weight. I ended up googling it and trying to find guides on how to use it effectively. But here’s the thing! I couldn’t find anything on it. There were a few videos and websites about it but they were mainly reviews about how people were confused how it works, not how to use it. Maybe I was overthinking. It would make sense to me. But then I was also thinking about stuff like, if you’ve not worked out in forever and then start to do 1000 sit ups every single day that’s got to be really really bad for you. Like I’m sure you’d have to start doing just a few sit ups at first and then increase the number over time. So I was thinking about using this device like that. I thought, ok, can’t see any instructions on how to use it in the instructions and online, I’ll just try jumping in and figuring it out. So I put the one on my stomach on first and I was kinda surprised. I messed around and put it on the third setting and it felt like I was getting shocked every now and again. Like static shock. It was nothing too bad or serious but I just felt that, if this thing was shocking me, then it probably wasn’t a good idea to keep it on for much longer. Just because I doubt in real life if you kept getting shocked you wouldn’t think of that as good. I then also put the bands on my thighs and I was telling myself to just give it some time. Now, when the pad was on my stomach it was fine. It didn’t hurt. It just felt a bit worrying about being shocked. When I put it on my thighs it did hurt a bit. It felt like every now and again, this massive finger would flick the side of my thigh really strongly (ok, that might be a bad summary but it’s the best way I can discribe it 😅). It felt like though, when I was getting this feeling of being flicked it also felt like I was being shocked. I kept them all in for 12 minutes, then took them off. I wasn’t upset that I bought them and tried them out. It was good to test, but I just felt like I shouldn’t be buying something that is just going to shock me so I won’t be using mine again I don’t think. And, honestly, what I thought it might be like was like the pads getting tight and pulling on your muscles. You know like when you see one of these ads and it looks like the person wearing the ab pads is doing sit ups cause you can see their belly muscles moving. I thought it was gonna be like that. Moving the muscles not shocking them. I didn’t do too much research into this though, but yeah. This product does shock you and I mean literally. It doesn’t really hurt, but I think you just have to think if you want to buy something that’s just going to shock you? Oh, also, just in relation to the research I did on this, I found out that this is product is mainly for people who are already fit. It won’t be any extra excersize for you. It’s just suppose to help you tone muscle. But yeah, if your after weight loss, go down the traditional way cause this is just after your money really.

Here’s some instructions ...
For me , I Tried the gym but I can never stick to a routine ,so I stick this on twice a day on the high level , in the morning while I’m getting ready and in the evening laying flat in bed , it’s really easy to use once you get used to it ... it’s pre set to 12 minutes at a time as that is the recommended session time so you don’t have to worry about timing it (saying this as it wasn’t clear in instructions about timing and frequency of use ) and you press the on button a few different times to get it to a program you like. The pulsing setting scare me but programmes 1+2 flashing together is my fave one. Makes me feel like it’s really working my muscles. I’ve been using it for a week but so far it seems to be doing what it says. Only thing is that the gel seems to ware off pretty quick but you can get a pack of 30 replacement gels for pretty inexpensive. So all pros and cons considered, it’s not bad , but you get what you pay for - hope this helps x

Don't know whether I'm using it wrong...
I followed the instructions (which they are very hard to understand), I put it on my abs and set it at level 2, and I can feel a light tingly sensation but that's pretty much all I feel, no shock no pain no anything. I'm surprised to see so many good review and I thought this can be a cheap alternative but it just proves that sometimes it is worth spending a bit more on things like this. Very disappointed

Didn’t last long
Worked well for about 4 weeks but can not even feel electric pulses even when fully turned up. Ordered the spare gels and changed them over but still not working. Recommend purchasing a better quality unit if your interested in ems
