These are really pretty as a decorator item and eye catcher. I wouldn’t rely on them for safety lighting as they’re not super bright, nor do they spread much light.

i bought 4 of these brick type lights. they worked great for a couple of weeks. 3 out of 4 quit working after a couple of weeks. 1 still work now. the problem is they are not waterproof. water gets into the bottom, causes rust, battery to fail, etc. the lights had to be thrown away after a couple of weeks. i wouldn't recommend buying these lights because these are manufacturer quality problems that need to be fixed.

These are a nice accent to your yard, garden or porch/deck area. They are weighted quite a bit, so they aren't going to shift if left on an above ground service. They are also protected by a thick glass coating, protecting the light and the bottom plastic protects the battery, so these are perfect for indoor or outdoor use. They could use a better indicator as to whether or not they are on/off. I had to charge these for two days as I assumed they were off, but were actually on, so I had to reset the switch and wait another day to use them. Other than that, no problems. They are a warm white color as described and give off a pleasant glow that's not at all blinding like similar style in-ground lights.

I would have given 4 stars but, one arrived broken even though well-packed. There was an arc shaped through-and through break on one side that allowed me to easily open the cube. Obviously, had to have been broken when packed. It still works but, I have to be careful not to set where weather might be an issue. Also, they are round, not square.

I ordered these solar lights and put them in my balcony. These lights works pretty well. I really like these lights because they makes our balcony more decorated than our neighbors :) . They are soft but still light enough when I sit with my friends. It can also works well after a heavy rain. I will add more comments when I use them for more than one month.

These are a great idea, however the description says “pool pond” which led me to believe I could use them to light the water feature on my patio. They are NOT in fact submersible. Also many of them did not work at all. I purchased three boxes of four lights and out of the twelve lights I received I had to return eight of them because they did not light. I kept the four that work & I use them on my patio table like candles and they are nice for that. I’m still hoping someone will offer a solar LED light that is submersible for my little waterfall.

This is the first time of purchasing solar lighting. These cubes seem to be working just fine for the small patio area I have. I have pea pebbles around my stepping stone so I was able to put these down inside the pea pebbles to be flush with the rest of the landscaping. Makes a soft light to light the walkway. If they continue to work I'll be ordering a few more sets to highlight the area.
