Molly's Suds Swimwear Cleaner | Gently Removes Chlorine, Lotions, Oils | Perfect for Cleaning Swimsuits | 16 fl oz

Just washed a whole vacation’s worth of swimsuits with this detergent and I’m obsessed! I swam in salt water every day and applied my sunscreen liberally, so my suits had really been through it. I rinsed and dried them while I was away, but that can only do so much. Then I packed them in a mesh packing cube, and might have let them stay there for a week or two before I got around to washing. (These are high-quality, new suits and I want them to last, but life has a tendency to get in the way…) Enter Molly’s Suds: I filled a wash basin with water, squirted in some of the Suds, and began gently swishing my suits. The scent that filled my bathroom was unbeatable! Gentle, floral, and so much better than the inside of my suitcase!! The washing process was easy (mostly involving setting a 20-minute timer and letting the Suds do their thing), and after hanging my suits flat to dry they are now refreshed and free of salt, sunscreen, and sweat. On top of that, I know that the beautiful scent and effective cleansing are safe, natural, cruelty-free and better for the planet than traditional detergents. Can’t recommend Molly’s strongly enough!

It may seem difficult to get excited about something that removes chlorine from your swimwear, but this product is terrific! My swimwear has held up well after rinsing my suits in water and Molly's Suds. Highly recommend!

My experience so far is that this detergent protects the color and fabric on swimsuits. It should be noted I don't wear the same swimsuit every day. There is a faint lingering scent of chlorine after washing, but I am in the pool for 1 1/2 hours, so maybe that has something to do with it.

It works for removing chlorine and sunscreen (not 100% but really helps). One star reduction is for not being given a clear instruction on how much to use. The instruction is cute and clever but never mention anything about adding THIS product and how much. It is a product based on science yet is lack of scientific mindset/design. One star reduction is for keeping this “oversight” after many customers have mentioned it in their reviews. It would be really helpful if they could at least giving the instruction under their Amazon description.

My swim wear doesnt fade using this. Pleasant smell I recommend this.

I bought this product after hearing that a lot of people liked this brand. When it arrived, the lid had came partially off and had leaked everywhere. Not only was it a mess but it wasted a lot of the product. It seems like lots of others have had this issue as well. The product itself was packed nicely but the lid just didn’t stay on and there was nothing to seal the actually product closed either. Amazon has a link directly to Molly’s Suds website in case of a missing or damaged part of the product so I decided to reach out to them since I think the spill is a design flaw rather than a shipping issue. I was told they wouldn’t be doing anything since it was purchased through Amazon which is very frustrating since it seems like lots of people are having this same issue with this product and it is all because the product isn’t sealed and the lid doesn’t stay on.In terms of the actual product, I have used it several times already and I still feel like my swimming suits have a chlorine scent to them. I am using as directed and adding around 1 tbsp to cold water per swimming suit washed and my swimming suits still have the chlorine stench to them. I am sad because I really wanted to love this product since it does have really good ingredients. :/

I love knowing that my bathings suits are clean from chlorine after water aerobics and keeps colors bright. Washes up nice and keeps my suit in shape. Love this cleaner
