I have been using Shilajit since May 2022 and the biggest mistake I did was to change the brand after seeing so many 'positive' reviews. Right from the time I started having this brand of Shilajit, I started feeling extremely tired and fatigued. To top it all, I was sleepy throughout the day and in the night , I would get up with a thud and would feel extremely weak. I have stopped using it now and am feeling much better. My sincere advice: Please do not buy this at any cost (pun intended).
