What should I do if the trackpad becomes unresponsive after use?

1. Restart the keyboard. 2. Press C+R+L for 2–3 seconds to reset the keyboard to factory settings. Release the keys once the indicator light flashes. Reconnect to iPad. 3. Check and ensure your iPad runs iOS 15.0 or above.

Is it compatible with other iPad models?

Only fits: iPad Mini 7th generation 2024 (A17 Pro) and iPad Mini 6th generation (8.3", 2021). Please verify iPad model pre-purchase — incompatible with other sizes/generations.

Why doesn’t my iPad keyboard case sit flush or keeps falling over?

This keyboard case supports a maximum recommended angle of 125°. Tilting beyond this may cause it to fall back naturally due to gravity.

Does it have a detachable keyboard?

No, it's non-detachable. The integrated design enables versatility with its 360° hinge, switching instantly between 7 custom modes.
