Perfect for viewing the solar eclipse
We were able to watch the total solar eclipse with these glasses. Perfectly allowed viewing of the stages up to and after the totality. They were cute, too, with sunflowers on the frames.

Probably safe, but there are better
Size and shape is that of all of the similar eclipse glasses out there, but the lens is what matters. When setting on my brightest LED array there is no visible light transmission (as it should be) and no pinholes. BUT, when used as a filter over the camera, as they would be for your eyes, significantly more light makes it through the lens than with other glasses that I have tried. They do have the proper certifications, so probably still safe, but the difference is great enough to be worrisome.

Excellent paper frame eclipse glasses!
Nice paper frame eclipse glasses. Nothing super special about them, but the 10 pack is an excellent value if you need a number of pairs. We're getting with family so we need a few more pairs of glasses. We also live in Texas where we'll get to use them for the "Ring of Fire" eclipse in October and the Total eclipse in April 2024. Approved lenses/glasses are important and these glasses are well made and will help us have a couple eclipse events in the next six months. Necessary for vision safety, excellent product, good value.

Saw an Eclipse!
Gravitis 10x Solar eclipse glasses for solar eclipse 2024 viewing, AAS approved solar eclipse glasses. eclipse glasses iso certified, iso 12312-2 eclipse glassesI got these to watch the Solar eclipse on Oct 14, 2023. The glasses are made of thin cardboard with a specialized lens that allows you to look directly at the eclipse. If you try to look through the glasses without looking into the sun, you will see only black. Looking at the eclipse, I was able to see it clearly and crisply.Unfortunately, I was unable to figure out how to capture an image through the glasses with my camera. So, I took advantage of nature's natural pinhole projector, the trees. Thought you might enjoy these images as proof that I did view a solar eclipse with these glasses.Isn't science fun?

They seem to work
Hoping with these that our eyeballs don't melt as we take a look at the next solar eclipse. Last solar eclipse, we set up a telescope and a paper on the floor to look at the eclipse on a piece of paper. Hopefully this time we can look directly at it without going blind! Have not stared at the sun yet with these on! Waiting for the eclipse! But, we tried them on at home and they seem to block out light. They description says that they are "AAS approved", "ISO 12312-2 A," "FOR DIRECT SUN VIEWING, independently tested to meet the latest standards for direct sun viewing safety", "block out 100% of harmful ultra-violet rays, 100% of infrared, and 99.999% of intense visible light". I don't know what any of this means and I'll be sure to do a little more research between now and the eclipse date. Will update if I find anything, but of all of the paper glasses I saw on line, these had the most reassuring certifications listed.

Possibly NOT ISO approved
I got these for viewing the solar eclipse in 2024. As the eclipse draws near, I found a news article outlining basic tests true ISO 12312-2 certified glasses should be able to pass. Basically, you should NOT be able to see any light through the glasses other than looking directly at an extremely bright light or at the sun on a clear day. These Gravitis glasses allow various lights sources to pass through, including sunlight reflecting off an interior white door. I have ISO 12312-2 glasses from another manufacturer that are much darker and block other light sources such as this.

Clear view. Fit well enough
These gave a clear view of the sun while blocking out the painful and damaging light. They allowed a good view of the eclipse. They also worked with the camera on my phone.
