These are the best insoles. I now have 3 pairs. Very comfortable as im my feet all day at work and suffer with plantar fasciitis

Wanted to write a positive review but i can't. The first day was ok. It was weird to walk on and i barely felt any pain in my feet after coming home. Second day was worse, i work in 8.5 hrs shifts and the pain started to come at around the 6th hour, but it wasnt that bad, just a little...i got used to have slighly painful feet after working anyway. Third day was terrible, after about 4 hours i could barely stand on my feet, and i couldnt wait for the end of the shift and get home. My feet certainly didnt like the gel moving under them, and rather gave me an almost unbearable pain. It was cooling them only on the first day for the first 2-3 hours. It might work out for other people, it doesnt cost much anyway...but if you dont have any problems with your current insole, dont change it for this one just like i did. Ended up changing back to the original one i had before.

Much better than expected. I was just after thin silicone bottoms for my sheep skin slippers that I could pull out and wash. My original intension was to pop them and wash them, but I am pleasantly surprised at the gel filling. These are much better than I expected, though in truth, my expectations were very low. My legs are certainly getting plenty of exercise as it has fast become a habit to rock back and forth on my souls, even when sitting.

Not what I thought they would be like. Uncomfortable

These insoles are great. This is the first time I am using this type of insoles, so I don't have parameters to compare to other similar insoles. You will feel a very good sensation while walking with these insoles. Maybe you may feel a small discomfort at first glance, if you are not used to the sensation, but as you get used, it is very good. It is possible to feel the gel going back and forward while you walk, massaging the sole of your feet. One thing that I noticed is that it increases the sweating on the feet, so try to put a feet powder on top of the insoles and also inside your socks. I would say that it lives up to its name, except for the fact that it has no cooling effect.

Arrived promptly and works well but only used a couple times do hoping it continues

The insoles were fine except for the hard ridges in the toe end of the insole which hurt so no goid. Had to buy stick on gel pads to cover these ridges so deferated the object,

These aren't like the ones I bought years ago, but they were less expensive! I was having trouble with plantar fasciitis back then. Now I have diabetes and my feet especially my toes feel numb a lot. I decided to try these, they feel so nice! And I'm sure the messaging is helping my feet.
