This is a great analgesic for any soreness or pain you may get from training. The ingredients have remained the same throughout the years. Leaves an icy hot feeling and provides relief. Pair this with stretching and recovery.

Smells like green oil (so I’m told) but works great
Love using it since it warms up when I need it and doesn’t leave the glycol feeling that icy hit does. Love this as a massage oil after a workout when my gf rubs my shoulders. No idea what it reads just know its good stuff
