I was concerned about these headphones based on the other reviews' issues with sound quality, particularly the microphone sound. However, after receiving them, charging them, and connecting them via bluetooth to my android phone and my macbook, I am very pleased. The audio quality for music through the headphones is better than expected at this price point. Additionally, I made have made calls on both devices and specifically asked the recipient about the sound quality. Both times, the microphone/voice quality was reported to be clear enough to be confused for a landline-style handset. During one of the calls, I increased background noise (by playing music at full volume from my laptop) and got increasingly closer to it during the call to see when it became bothersome. Short of laying my head ON the speaker, the caller said that although they could hear music, they'd have guessed it was 4-5 cubicles away. The over-ear cups are on the smaller side so if you have very large or pronounced ears, you may find these headphones uncomfortable for prolonged use. However, they fit my ears perfectly and are very comfortable. The headband is quite snug on the smallest setting for those with smallish heads; however, it does have a little gapping at the top. The microphone boom is virtually unnoticeable. I can't even see it out of the corner of my eye. I cannot speak yet to the durability of this item as it is rather new but I will update this review if anything significant occurs. I do wish the instructions that the headphones came with were a little more verbose - it's a bit like assembling IKEA furniture as there aren't really a lot of words. Overall, at the price point where these headphones rest, they are a great value, especially for those in noisy environments (like cube farms, for example) and do a reasonable job of covering background noise for the user as well as the caller.

I really liked these headphones when I purchased them in late June. It is now mid-November, and the headphones, except for being able to hear with them, are useless for their designed purpose. First, after about 3 months I noticed that the boom would not stay in the upright position. Then, a few weeks after that, the ding notice that lets you know the boom is up and muted, stopped dinging. Now the boom falls by default into the down position. There is no mute anymore, my clients can hear everything, even when I think it's muted. And along with all of that, the bluetooth range, which was exceptional - allowing me to travel around the house with the wifi upstairs, has almost no range at all. I can't even cross the hallway into another room without my clients losing the ability to hear me. I would like to try another pair, as perhaps my experience is outside the norm. I do read others have had the same type of experience. My window for return, according to this amazon site, was 30 day. What do I do now? I am now the owner of the equivalent of a $35 brick. I WILL accept a replacement, and perhaps 5 months down the road I can report something different. These are really great headphones, comfortable and clear to my clients, but I can't risk another $35 for another brick. Will they do the right thing and replace their faulty equipment? That is my request. If they don't, I would strongly say DO NOT PURCHASE! Your limited enjoyment time will be ruined when they stop functioning and you are stuck. Boooo. Amazing product.

Got these to replace my Logitech H800. Connected quickly and easily with my laptop. Battery lasts a long time. Love the mute feature by lifting the mic. Coworkers can hear me clearly and speakers are clear and loud. Cons: Slightly heavier than the H800 and my ears are covered completely instead of sitting on the ears, like the H800 did. This makes it hard for me to tell if I'm talking too loud.

These are good quality headset. espt bc i work from home. after a few days I was having complaints of sounding muffled . No matter where I moved the mic everyone said i still sounded muffled. Im homping its just faulty headset as i ordered a replacement.

After testing quite a few headsets, this has become my go-to headset for office call. Both in office and at home, it keeps out external noise very well. Everyone is able to hear me very well without being affected by background noise in the office. I am also able to hear others on the call very well. It connects quickly to my Mac and has a impressive range and battery life.

Bought 2 of these headsets for myself and employees for day to day office work. Purchased another headset after great results. 2 months later, the power button on the first 2 completely stopped working. The headsets were not damaged in any way, the button doesn't press down. Can't use the product if you can't turn it on. I expect the same to happen with the newest pair as well. Unfortunately, I can not recommend these. Great headset but they are not durable as the reviews say and will not last.

The function and sound of these headphones is amazing, the battery life is great, and the build quality is decent but it has some unnecessary weak points, and I mean physically, weak points, just about the ear cups. I've only had this for 7 months and have never abused them and the left ear just totally snapped off today. To be honest I'll probably buy another pair for the convenience but they should really fix the design

De aanschafprijs vond ik persoonlijk een kopie en heb dit product nu 3 maanden zonder problemen in gebruik. De accu gaat ook erg lang mee ten opzichte van mijn eerdere BT headset.

Riktigt bra lurar helt enkelt! Gillar att man kan vika undan micken och det triggar mute. Gillar att de är hopfällbara. Gillar att det går att köra med kabel ifall man ska sitta länge och inte vill dra batteri. Gillar priset, mycket för pengarna. Gillar, gillar, gillar helt enkelt!
