Most confusing directions and packaging ever, but awesome quality and robust flavors
First things first, the packaging. There are 16 packets, each throwing me a curveball with its intricate instructions. Was I confused? You bet. But did I persist? Of course, for the love of tea!The quality? Top-notch. These aren't your everyday wimpy tea leaves; they're robust and unapologetic. It’s like they’re flexing their muscles in the cup, saying, "Prepare for the best brew of your life!"I was pleasantly surprised that a single packet could brew multiple cups. It's like the gift that keeps on giving (or the tea that keeps on steeping). This assortment would make a great gift. It screams sophistication and taste, much like the kind of person who'd appreciate it.

Delicious, high-quality tea
The media could not be loaded. I love tea. All kinds of tea. So I was eager to try the ITEAWORLD Organic Loose Leaf Teas, 8 Classic Chinese Black Tea and Oolong Tea assortment. The packaging is a little confusing. Yes, it’s loose tea...but it’s bundled in 16 separate packets of 8 different varieties. There are instructions on the back of each packet on how this should be brewed. They want us to ‘wash’ the tea first...and that’s not too confusing as I’ve heard of that before, even though I’ve never done it. But the next few instructions are to brew it for a few seconds, then remove it, then brew it again, then repeat. I didn’t know if that meant that I should also throw out the intermediate brew portions. I finally just put some in a tea ball and dunked it in my mug with some hot water. Based on the results, it seems that they just mean you can brew several cups with this. Which I did end up doing. The tea itself is high-quality and delicious. There are huge strands of real tea leaves. I had to break them apart a little to fit in my tea ball. I used about a third of an Oolong packet for my tea ball and it did make 2-3 cups. Even though my first cup was a little strong (I left it in much longer than a few seconds), it was not bitter at all.At first, I thought this was going to be one of those “it’s really expensive for what you get”. But based on the fact that I can get several cups out of each packet it’s not that bad.The variety and quality of the teas, and the very nice cardboard box it was packaged in, would make this a really excellent gift for any tea drinker.

Great tea!
I enjoy having a cup of tea in the evenings, but I usually drink herbal tea. Chinese tea is brewed completely different. Herbal tea you want it to steep about 10 minutes whereas the Chinese tea is only 10 to 15 seconds. So of course, I thought this was not long enough so I brewed it 30 seconds and when my tea came out very light, it confirmed my suspicion. However, I was wrong! I had used the Tia Guanyin flavor which is the very lightest of the teas. After tasting it I realize it had brewed long enough! I enjoyed it so much I brewed two more cups and they were just as delicious! The next tea I tried was the Yingde black tea which came out darker and just as flavorful! Definitely look at their tea chart so you know what to expect, unlike me.And follow their directions one each bag.It is a loose tea but they put each serving in a bag for your convenience. This set is very nicely boxed and would make a nice gift. I’m really enjoying this tea!

Delicious tea that can be multi-brewed
This collection of loose leaf oolong and black teas from ITEAWORLD is delicious. The packaging is nice enough that this would make a great gift for any fine tea lover. I'm not an expert on teas at all, but I do love a good black tea. Ooolong is my absolute favorite and the ones included here are a treat. I especially loved the Dahongpao. The Wild Souchong black tea was my least favorite but is still very good.I brewed according to the directions on the back of each pouch, with the first very brief brew being meant to clean the tea leaves then is discarded. For some of the varieties I was able to re-brew 5 times and still get an enjoyable cup by lengthening the brew times. I kept the tea leaves in the infuser in a cool spot - not in the refrigerator - then brewed more later or the next day. That makes this collection a good value based on how many cups of tea you can enjoy from it. Highly recommended!

A Flight of Rich Chinese Teas
This collection of loose-leaf teas offers a delightful journey through various Chinese tea varieties. The minimalist packaging may require some careful reading to distinguish between them, but the aroma and taste more than make up for it. These teas are robust and flavorful, each with its own unique character. It's an excellent flight set for sampling different teas, and if you find a favorite, you can easily purchase a larger quantity for a better price. Additionally, it makes for a fantastic gift set for any level of tea enthusiast.

I’m impressed!
I’m a daily tea drinker, and I usually brew loose tea. But I’m not accustomed to brewing according to the directions that came with these. I read the directions but decided to modify them in a way I could handle daily.I poured a packet of black into my tea brewing basket that fits in my large mug. I added 8 oz. of hot water using my Cuisinart pod coffee maker’s hot water button. I let the leaves brew for about 2-3 minutes. This made a wonderful smoky-flavored black tea to which I added some stevia. Mmmm! I was able to make another 8 oz which I brewed longer - 3-4 minutes. Just as tasty as the first! Can’t wait to sample the rest. This is a lovely collection of teas, and the packaging makes this a very nice gift.
