Bought eight of these and they all came the same size and they were pretty thick. Haven't put it up yet, but satisfied so far with what I received.

I was skeptical how well they would form back after vacuum sealed. Just plan on giving them some needed time after unpacking to form back to original shape.

The first thing I did was to hold one of these tiles to a propane torch to see if they will burn like some previous tiles I've delt with. As long as the torch is aimed toward the tile, it burns, but as soon as the torch is removed the flame goes out and the burning stops. I already know how well they reduce noise.

Between two orders, all 8 panels were different sizes. I have quite a bit of experience with acoustic panels and was skeptical about ordering this style as this many small squares make it very obvious when the quality control is subpar. That is unfortunately the case with these - even after fully expanding, the sides are uneven and the length/width are completely inconsistent. I was able to mostly make them work, but I'll be replacing them eventually.

This product suited my means for dumbing down excessive Noise over a Door cutting to Fit keep in mind it expands up to when unpacking.

Used as bass drum muffling and am very impressed by it.

The media could not be loaded.  I say letting sit out get form for 2 days as said squares form out. I use poster board and thumb tacks for backing not ruin the main wall. Then got two cans 3m self adhesive spray. 13x8 foot wall take 3 orders of 48.
