So firstly i m in love😍 with this product. Then i thought that you guys also need this whoever tensed by their pigmentation on their face. So basically I have pigmentation and melasma on my skin. Then I thought of using it, first I did this test behind the ear and after 24 hours I liked the result then I have it on my face I have Applied where the pigmentation and melasma on the same and i applied it with 40 SPF sunscreen then after 3-4 days i feel great on my skin it gives me such smooth and natural texture and one more thing about it so perfect that it is developed by dermatologists.And every skin can apply this .So there is no chance for anything wrong with this result. And yes i used it twice a day ..so i already love this product because it has lime pearl and niacinamide. Therefore it gives me light skin tone and helps me to hydrate my all over face where the pigmentation had. And one more important thing about this is realy helpful for protection from uv rays🥳

Product is i think good also effective wise results may be it will take time two or three months, products nek is opened when I use both side cream came out, kindly check and send it next time.

I am highly frustrated and disappointed. This is the second time I have purchased the DERMATOUCH Bye Bye Pigmentation Cream (19g), and both tubes have arrived with the exact same severe packaging defect. The accompanying photos clearly show the issue: the tube's neck is completely split/cracked right beneath the nozzle. This defect is unacceptable for a skincare product because it: Compromises Hygiene: Exposes the cream to air and contaminants. Causes Waste: The product leaks from the side, making it impossible to dispense properly and leading to spillage and drying out. Proves a Flaw: Receiving the exact same damage on two separate tubes strongly indicates a major and recurring quality control or packaging flaw with this product batch or the tube design itself. I expect to receive the product I paid for—especially a replacement—in a new, intact, and usable condition. I urge DERMATOUCH and Amazon to urgently investigate and correct this fundamental packaging defect.

I liked this product and bought it on the basis of good reviews, I had a purple spot pigmentation on area of mostache above lips coz got burnt with the shaving 2 months ago and never went away, I followed the instructions especially you need 6 to 8 weeks to see the results, at first I was afraid in the first few weeks coz no results, but to my amazement my pigmentation all gone at the 8th week wow I am happy , I really recommend it
