This product tastes great and works! I love the taste too. I have been using this product for about 5 weeks now. I have been taking one in the morning (empty stomach). I eat a sensible lunch (turkey sandwich with avocado) I take my second gummy at night right after dinner, before bed. I wish I would have taken my measurements before starting as I lost lots of inches before I saw the weight coming off. I am down 10 pounds! Thank you so much!

I was a litte skeptical and turns out I was justified. These did not work. Not even a little bit. They are basically candy.

There is no direction on how to effectively use the product other than take 2 a day. Results have been disappointing.

The taste of this product is easy to chew, but clean your teeth after you use the gummies. So far I have lost a few pounds. The taste isn't bad. I thought it was going bother stomach, but it doesn't. I will use this product again. The price isn't bad either. I will keep using these gummies agin.

Does not work....I purchased because my body looks like Tamela Mann...I saw in an ad what it supposedly did for her weight loss goal...I cannot exercise, as I am disabled... but I ate correctly... I followed the KETO plan...... I did not drop one pound ......zero stars from me
