Exactly as pictured.
There were no instructions, but it’s easy enough to figure out how to use the tape/string for the balloon arch. The lights worked, jumbo balloons were jumbo, and the colors were nice. Funky smell when the bag was opened.

It’s okay for the price. I wasn’t too hyped about it when I got it. But it did the trick.

So this was my first time and I used a machine to blow up all the balloons. The bad thing is that they don't sent directions on how to make the arch and how to hang it up. Very disappointing when you are in a hurry to decorate for a party.

Didn’t come with instructions
I haven’t actually used the product yet, but i do know that it doesn’t come with instructions. So I have to research how to do a balloon arch for my daughters first birthday next month. I’ll update once that time of use actually passes.
