I have been taking this product for years and purchasing from Natures best. Looking online to see if there was anything else available to match it I saw that Amazon were now selling it at a lower price! Who wouldn’t purchase it. A good and useful product that I recommend. I have jumpy legs sometimes and magnesium helps a lot with that, in fact seems to prevent it. This product is delivered in the recommended dose for magnesium, 375mg. This correct dose is unusual to find in one tablet. To use Nature's Best own words "100% of your daily magnesium intake in one tablet For a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, normal psychological function, and normal bones" On this occasion , during the postal strike, I needed them quickly so was pleased to find them on Amazon, which ensured quick delivery. I will add that Nature's Best send them out very quickly when there's no postal strike.
