Good dish soap bar - cuts grease and rinses clean!
This is my third bar dish soap I've tried, and my favorite so far. Nice light scent. I keep on draining silicone soap dish by my kitchen sink. Easy to use...I rub on my cloth dish cloths - this one seems to "suds" more than the others I've tried. The bar size is a good size - not too big or odd shaped, and not too small that you lose it either. My dishes come out quite clean, and easily rinses free of soap. I haven't noticed any excessive drying of my hands when using this...however, some sensitive skin types may have drying with this (or any soap and hot water). Decent value for the money - the bars last long enough. I use my dishwasher as well, so I use the soap for knives, daily glass ware, and other items I want to hand wash. Definitely recommend for someone looking for a good alternative to liquids.

Goodbye Bottles of Dish Soap!
I am thrilled with the results and delighted to give Zero Wastely Dish Soap a 5-star review! I don’t think I have ever used any dish soap product that was not bottled, but I want to reduce my plastic consumption so I gave this product a try. The lemon smell is fresh and clean. My dishes are squeaky clean. There is a good visible lather as I wash them with my scrub brush. I’ve cleaned glasses, dishes and pans with this soap. I don’t soak my dishes except for pans before washing them, but I do wipe off or rinse off crumbs and bits of food before washing. I wet my brush, swirl it over the soap bar, scrub my dish and rinse it clean! I’ve had excellent results. I do use a dish washer after a full day, but my bar soap cleans up drink cups and glasses, dinner plates, cooking pans, mixing bowls and cooking utensils with ease! I’ve used the first bar for about 2 months now. It has replaced my liquid dish soap! It’s sad to see that commercial dish soaps aren’t going this way, but rather seem to be expanding their use of plastic. This is one thing I am doing to support our environment even if there is not a cute little duck on the label. Thank you for this excellent product!

Works great
Smells great and suds up well. Great product and a definite value. This will last me a very long time. I’m glad to find another natural product for my home. Some users complained about it not sudsing the water, but it’s not supposed to. Rub a little soap on damp sponge, scrubs, or dish brush, then scrub your dishes.

Great eco-friendly option
I’ve been really happy with this as a dish soap solution. Works well, smells great. No doubt it takes a little more elbow grease than liquid dish soap but ultimately it works just as well. Only challenge comes when the bar gets really thin sometimes, but I find I’m using less soap overall to get the same results so a bar will last me for a good while. And no plastic waste when you’re done.

One bar only lasts about a week
I was surprised how fast this melts. We had to buy a soap dish because this is so gooey and hard to use. I don’t know if I will try bar dish soap again. One bar lasted about 5 days. That’s super expensive to continue to use this brand. It did clean the dishes effectively.

Nice lemon scent
This is a nice hand soap with a pleasant lemon scent. So far it seems long-lasting and is not melting away in the soap dish. I knocked off a star because of the size -- the bars are long for a hand soap which makes them a little awkward for hand washing and other tasks.

Love It!!
I finally bit the bullet and ordered a bar soap for dishes. Not until my eyes were blurry from reading reviews and checking ingredients. Don't be concerned about the lye, it is used in dilute solution to combine the fats during soap making, but doesn't stay in the final product. The lemony fragrance smell fresh and clean. I keep the bar in a stainless steel bowl and use only a swipe or 2 with my damp sponge or brush. Suds are not needed for cleaning power. It cuts through food and oil with no problem and rinses clear. No streaks left on my glassware or pyrex containers. It's kind to my cast iron pans. After several weeks, the bar looks barely used, the lettering is still visible on the top of the bar. Most of my dishes go into the dishwasher so I use this for hand washing only. It does a good job on everything, delicate glassware, knives and utensils, pots and pans. It's a winner for me and for the planet.

This is my favorite
There are just some things that do not need all the dish soap that comes out of the bottles these days. I've tried a few other brands of dish soap bars, and this is my 2nd purchase of ZeroWastely. Previously, I've had residue issues with other brands. Usually have to rinse and scrub the dishes again to clear it. If they aren't, there'll be a haze of film on the dishes. Kind of like soap scum haze from body bar soaps for showering. I don't get that with ZeroWastely bars. With regular washing and rinsing with water, I get the friction squeak just rubbing my fingers on them. With soap residue, the finger test just slides with ease - no friction. I use this for all pots, plates, dishes. I was using liquid soap for glasses, mugs, and bottle shapes, but I can run the bottle brush on this bar, too, and it works just fine for cleaning. So maybe I can eliminate it altogether.
