This was a very considered purchase. I’ve a few Dalstrong kitchen knives, which I love to use. Branching into tableware was different. Been looking at steak knives but up to now not found anything that appeals - wooden handle, too chunky, shape …. These knives ticks all my requirements, minor downside hat it’s a 4 piece and not a 6 knife set, but the heft, balance and sharpness are second to none. Well worth purchasing

Look great and are very sharp. Feel good in the hand and although they're not exactly cheap I think personally that it is worth paying for good quality knives.

I expected these knives to be top quality based on the product description and price and I was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend if your serious about geaat quality steak/meat knives. Will be buying another set for larger dinner parties.

Liked them so much I brought another set for my son for Xmas. The knives are very sharp from the box and feel nice in the hand

What can I say about these beauts. Very comfortable in the hand. Ultra sharp, slicing through well done thick pork chops (my wife has to have meat well done) Like a hot knife through butter ❗️ Packaging is second to none. Would recommend to anyone 👌 You can’t go wrong with a Dalstrong 👍

Great looking steak knives, very sharp. Would recommend a wet stone to re sharpen when needed. Not done mine yet had them quite a while, so would say a good quality steel

These knives come in a beautifully presented box, with nice lining, all are in their own individual sheath with the company crest labelled on it. The end result screams class and elegance all the way. When I first opened these to inspect them, all it took was one slight slip when placing it back into its sheath and my finger looked like it had just come from a casting scene of the Texas chainsaw massacre. Be seriously careful with these, they are sharper than any steak knives you'll find. I'm unsure if being this sharp is entirely necessary because if you can afford these, then you're not buying cheap cuts of meat either. That being said, I've been using them as carving knives for smaller fiddly areas around bone and tendon, as well as when I'm putting them out on the table for dinner, they're a real showpiece. They look great, weighted perfectly and will provide years of use so long as the user is careful and hones the blades regularly. Hats off to Dalstrong for this one indeed!

Coltelli eccellenti, ben rifiniti e presentati in una confezione "lusso". La prima volta che ne ho usato uno ho pensato che la bistecca che stavo per addentare fosse morbidissima vista la facilita' con cui si tagliava....ed invece era una suola! Tutto merito del coltello quindi, e non ho neanche rifinito l'affilatura.

Tenia ganas de comprar un kit de cuchillos para detallar y mondar, pero la verdad es que el costo oportunidad es estos cuchillos es mucho mejor. De todos modos puedes apantallar a tus invitados con cuchillos filosos y elegantes, pero para la cocina son excelentes. La verdad es que para el cocinero de casa y los que quieran hacer todo con el mismo cuchillo sin tener que estarlo lavando.

J'ai commandé 2 ensembles de ces couteaux à steack Dalstrong. Emballage et présentation au top pour des couteaux rangés dans un écrin que l'on peut conserver et chacun d'entre eux possède un étui. Le manche est magnifique et de grande qualité tout comme la lame visiblement. Comme tous les grands couteaux, on évitera le lave vaisselle. Le prix attractif promotionnel est très intéressant. J'ai aussi un ensemble de la gamme Phantom et ces ensemble viendront la compléter. Amazon doit rester vigilant sur ses emballages de plus en plus "light"...

I ordered two sets for a steak dinner with extended family based on the reviews. I was impressed with the packaging, the display box and all the nice cosmetic touches. Sure none of these things are essential but they add a nice touch. The knifes themselves have a great feel in the hand despite the larger blade and felt good for both myself and and my wife who has smaller hands. In terms of cutting, they are super sharp and went through steak with almost no resistance. They added a nice touch to a great steak. These are definitely not the cheapest knives available and you could probably get a great knife that will work perfectly well for less money but if you want a quality set of knives where people will actually comment on the quality, this set is money well spent.
