Good but with a limitation!
I needed this for a dark church. It clipped on a music stand with no problem and I could angle the lights. I have seen several people use them in different situations. Unfortunately after taking the back off to insert the batteries I have been unable to get it back on so that it stays on. It works fine, though. It's a good idea to take the batteries out so that you don't accidently put the light on and drain them.

Works, but has limited fitting options.
It produces fair lighting. However, it did not click easily on to my music stand, making me angle the lights, reducing their effectiveness.

Battery cover too loose
Works fine, battery cover doesn’t stay on.

Inadequate lighting of music sheet
The four lights are quite directional with pools of concentrated light that fade at their outer edges making those areas hard(er) to see. One of the four lights has since stopped working so now there are dark areas on the page and the item is no longer of any use.

Handy to have in your kit bag
This handy little music light is great to have in your kit bag when you need that extra bit of light to read sheet music in a concert. Fits securely onto music stand and provides a decent amount of light. In very dark conditions the amount of light provided is not always enough and you may need an additional light (keboard players beware - you need enough light to both read the music AND see the keys properly!), although this product has the advantage of being able to position each LED exactly where you want it over each page to achieve the maximum light coverage. The goosenecks are very good and hold their position well.Very lightweight. Runs on batteries or via USB cable (supplied). I recommend purchasing a separate USB - AC adapter; why they have not included one in the package is beyond me! Also doubles up as a very good reading light for night time use - just clips on to the back cover of a book.I have only one negative point - the battery cover broke within a couple of weeks as the plastic clip was too flimsy, but other than that it's a great product. You can now get a 4X LED product by the same company for the same price so it's a no-brainer!

Not very bright
If you are using this to read from in pitch darkness then this is probably ok for you but trying to use it as an illumination device in a display is useless as it is not even nearly bright!!!

Great lights but case for batteries does not click in
Lights seem to work okay and appear bright which is great. No idea on battery life as it only just arrived today. Disappointed that the battery back plastic cover does not shut. The fitting size must be off because it does not click in so I'm going to have to use some tape to stop the battery cover coming loose and exposing my batteries. Must be a defect casing size. In future please check these things before sending them out to customers.

Almost perfect - but an excellent by none the less.
Others have mentioned that the light will drain the batteries if the buttons are knocked between performance, I can see that being a very common issue. For that reason I have chosen to use and old Freeloader Pro, and the USB power cable. This presents and issue that the cable supplied with the light is a 1m USB power cable. When attached to a music stand, the cable is too short to reach the floor. I've purchased a USB extension cable to overcome this issue and power it from my freeloader, which goes on the floor. The each "atenna" has two LED's and a switch. With this you can turn on, either one or two LED's on each side. They are extreme bright and throw a huge amount of light across the page. One LED should be enough for most situations, two LED's does make a difference and will help to improve contrast, and provide more light coverage. Each antenna can bent easily to give a good throw of light, so will be able to light up a whole music stand without any issues.
