Q: Can I cut the sheet with a paper puncher?

Depends if your puncher has force and or if its a sharp manual puncher. Because this scratch off has a clear plastic in between.

Q: ink jet or laser printer used?

This product was made for inkjet printer. Unfortunately I could not use it because each sheet was splattered with yellow stains. I needed a product like this because I make Christmas scratch offs for my aunts class. I tried to scratch them and they were very hard too so I am not sure if it would have worked for the preschools. I think this is a really need concept.

I haven't tried to print on them, sorry I can't answer that. I only placed sticker on what I printed.

I haven’t tried hand drawing on them, but they scratch just fine after being printed on.
