Q: Just purchased and as I installed it, the water dispenser won't stop leaking? I used a 5 gallon bottle.

It happened to us as well. We adjusted the tube that you insert in the water bottle. It is adjustable so you can make it fit depending on the type of bottle and hopefully it will stop. Ours we extended all the way down and make sure it standing up right. It has not leaked since We also use 5 gallons bottle water. Hope this helps.

Q: my water cooler will not get all of the water out. there is 2 made be 21/2 left in a 5 gl.
