This has to be one of the best back supports I've ever usedIt's so comfortable and easily adjustable by the 2 side straps which you pull round your waist for tightnessI have multiple slipped discs in the lumber region and in the centre of my spine which is a daily struggle of chronic pain and discomfortI had been using the standard cheap brace but it just wasn't giving me the proper support needed when in an attack and for all fellow back sufferers you know how bad the attacks can be. This brace will try to keep you as upright as possible but also provides pain relief and comfort because it keeps everything compact and your posture straight at the same time. Just received this today, only tried it on and I am quite sad that I am returning this, it's great support, but it's more like a basque and is too wide, wouldn't be comfortable when sitting down. I wanted it for classes in the gym.

This short brace has different sizes, an extra way to tighten it, and a sewed in tag to show which side should be up. Recommended for helping with lower back pain.
