I live in NYC, where even millionaires have cockroaches. These drain covers are great -- heavy, fine holes, keeping food out of the drain and creepy crawlies out of my kitchen and bathroom sinks. No installation needed, just pop them in and out. Easy to clean, solid and still shiny after having them for months. Would buy again, but i have a feeling these will last forever.

Very impressed with the fit and function of this product. Covers the entire drain and catches basically anything and everything. Both styles are easy to empty. Only wish it was made in USA.

After noticing the occasional little bug coming up through my kitchen sink, I realized that I'd need a sink strainer/basket with much smaller holes to deter the creepy crawlers. The shiny metal basket with tiny round holes fit my sink perfectly with no tools or installation necessary -- I just popped it right in and can remove it just as easily for cleaning. Of course, it will also help prevent chunks of gunk, food and whatever from clogging my drain, saving me from needing a plumber or liquid drain cleaner. Plus it comes with the basket that is made of a screen-like metal that I haven't yet used, but it's nice to know that's it's there if I need it!
