This Italian extra virgin olive oil is hands down one of the best I’ve tried. The flavor is smooth, slightly peppery, and beautifully fresh — perfect for salads, dipping bread, or finishing pasta and grilled veggies. You can really tell it’s cold-pressed and high quality — the color is deep golden-green, and the aroma is rich and earthy, just like the oils I’ve tasted in Tuscany. It’s not greasy or heavy like some lower-grade oils.
