THE ITEMS ARE STRONG AND DO THE JOB I WANTED THEM FOR

Would have preferred the fork to have been a touch stronger as managed to bend it once or twice so not sure on how much longer it will remain in one piece, would be good for boxes or tubs rather than flower beds

I have large hands and the handles on these tools allow me to have a comfortable, firm grip that makes it easy to use them. I like the straight tines as well because I can loosen the soil around the plants for easy transplantation.

Nice looking and they work great.

The online information is contradictory. It states the composition of the metal as (1)“Stainless Steel” in the above introductory heading. In the description area I find (2): “Material Aluminum, Plastic Item Dimensions LxWxH 11 x 9 x 2 inches Handle Material Solid Wood” Further down on the page I read (3)—“Shovel, Soil Plow Fork And Rake Is Lacquered Iron-“. I have not as yet seen so many contradictory descriptions - stainless steel, aluminum and lacquered iron - of a product. A magnet, density and other engineering tests reveal that the composition of the tools is Nickel-plated low carbon steel. This is “None of the above three” listed in the advertisement. In addition, the tang on the shovel (place where metal inserts into the handle) is problematic. The tang of the shovel blade is inserted unevenly and Insufficiently. Dangerous exposed sharp edges and teeth can cause injury due to poor design and poor workmanship.
