Very nice unit, solidly built. Easy to attach to a wall. Very smooth action in terms of pivoting the ironing board to a comfortable angle. One word of caution, mount the cabinet to the wall using the measurement for the distance of the ironing board to the floor, to insure it is at a comfortable height for ironing. Do not take that measurement from the cabinet itself.

Perfect size and nice fit to guest room wall.
The mirror adds the feature of a hidden ironing board and love the size and the way it pivots, making the chore easier to tolerate. it was sent with the wrong hardware to mount though so we had to purchase he correct hardware to install it. Once up on our wall I'm sure it will be an asset for our guestroom.
