Circulon Nonstick Bakeware Nonstick Baking Pan / Nonstick Cake Pan, Round - 9 Inch, Brown

I liked this pan very much when I first got it. I took good care of it, washing it by hand after use and drying it completely right away. Everything cooked great and it was so easy to clean. But after about 3 1/2 months of occasional use, the nonstick coating started coming off in the corners. I'm not even sure if it is safe to use anymore with patches of the coating peeled off. I would recommend this ONLY if you are willing to replace it every few months.

Love these pans. This is my second purchase. The first lasted for years but did lose some of it's nonstick and became difficult to clean. Unfortunately things do wear out. I still think they are fantastic. Things just slide right out of them and clean up very well.**Update: Had this pan since Feb2018. Have used it lightly (3-4x a month), always hand wash it with a soft cloth. Oct2018 it started peeling. A large chunk of the coating popped right off while wiping it out. I still have a couple other Circulon pans which are good at this point. I still love these pans, just disappointed. I will most likely still purchase these unless it happens again.

I also got the set of two sheet pans, different sizes of course, in this brown-colored Circulon line. They look great, stack perfectly for storage, and feel substantial and sturdy. I haven't used them yet so can't verify whether they're safe to use in the oven (only) up to 450 degrees without warping or other damage nor how well the surface holds up the normal cooking and careful cleaning, but I ordered Dobie pads to clean them as safely as possible. I've always had plain, ugly baking and sheet pans, so these seem just as the label on them says: elegant. And the labels come off without the adhesive marring the surface, which is a plus, too.The steamer pan set in the photo is also Circulon, but chosen for different reasons. I'm inordinately pleased with all of these items so far.

The depth of this round pan is advertised as 3.25 inches deep. It is only 1.75 inches deep. I specifically bought this pan because I did not have one that is 2 inches deep and now I STILL don't have one that deep!

I have a blog where I post healthier recipes, and I do a lot of low-fat baking. I usually stick to silicone bakeware as it's the easiest to release baked goods, but I purchased this dish because I have Circulon sheet pans and their nonstick capability is incredible. Not surprising, this dish's nonstick capability is also incredible. None of my Circulon pans have warped, chipped, or scratched, and they remain nonstick for a long time. I can't recommend them enough.

It was easy to clean but then it started to peel! After removing the food away from it, it started to bubble which ultimately made it undesirable! The color was a pretty chocolate but underneath it wasn’t! Thought I would have longer longevity with it!!

This pan is great. I was hesitant to purchase it but so glad I did. I made Seven Layer Magic Wonder Bars in it. Anyone familiar with that knows the recipe calls for graham cracker crust at bottom, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut and condensed milk - that is all sticky when combined and cooked together (but so delicious)! It was easy to wash due to the nonstick coating! I was amazed! No stains or warped pan! I am back on Amazon to purchase more from this brand. I wish it came in red but because the clean-up is so easy, I do not care!I do not mind cooking when pans like this are easy to clean!This would make a wonderful wedding gift or to a bachelor learning to cook on his own (mistakes would be easy for clean-up...lol)!

I loved these pans and bought them for myself, my daughter and daughter-in-law as well as myself. They work great (although you need to turn down the temperature when baking - about 5-10 degrees). However, now that I've had them a couple of months I find that they have rust areas on them! I've been careful to either hand wash and towel dry or use a hot dishwasher drying cycle. I'm very disappointed.

They seem well made, sturdy, but there was nothing but a plastic bag to protect them during transport, so mine got scratched (by other pans in the same box).

Coating peels after using it a few times.

Looks exactly as picture. Time will tell how long it will last.
