Wow- I was so hesitant to try this supplement as I have tried soooo many things to help clear my hormonal acne. I am a 36 y/o female who has struggled with acne since I was 14. I came across the acne guru on IG and saw this supplement. I also saw the correlation between hormonal acne and eggs. For the last 3 months I have cut out eggs ( I already was dairy and gluten free) and started taking this supplement daily! My cystic acne has not flared up in the last 3 months!!!! At first I thought it was too good to be true but going on month 4 and skin is still clear!!!!!!!

I recently quit spironolactone hoping to find more natural dietary changes that I could make to resolve my adult hormonal acne. Once I came across this supplement I knew I had to try it. I started it on November 19th, and it is currently December 5th.Within the last two weeks I have noticed no external changes. Internally, I have had awful bowel issues since the 23rd of November (which I attributed to stress at the time). I have had some nausea. Last night, when I sat on the ground next to the toilet and thought about it, I realized this pill is the only change I’ve made in the last two weeks that could be causing this.I literally feel awful. Feel free to Google it yourself, but this supplement has nearly three times the allotted amount of vitamin A necessary to become toxic to your system.I won’t be taking it anymore. I see that it has been helpful for some people, but I highly recommend only taking these under the guidance of a doctor. I’m going to spend the next three-four weeks trying to flush it out of my system. Stay safe ladies 🫶🏻

love this product so much! it really does work, for the price its really good, my skin is definitely clearer when I use it, and it overall helps my gut health due to the vitamins

My daughter has been taking these for a few months and it is helping her acne. Not completely clearing it, but helping keep it under control. Hopefully it continues to work for her!

I think it’s a fantastic product. I didn’t have horrible acne just occasional breakouts. A few reviews suggested not to use it. But I am definitely a fan and on my second bottle.
