I received this product and it was very easy to install. It does seem cheaply made. My main issue when I turn it off the water that was in the unit comes out the plug even though I have tightened it making a mess every time. Secondly, when on the lights don’t turn off which affects my sleep.

Mattress cooler - Terrible product
As the other review said, this thing leaks out of the cap every single time I used it. I had to put it into a waterproof container just so that it didn't get water everywhere. The seller should definitely stop selling this product.
