I’ve bought 3 anxiety necklaces so far & this one has been my favorite. I bought a square tip, a more beveled tip, & this round tip. This one has more air flow if you like that. The other ones seem smaller flow which if you’re experienced at deep breathing & like that type of flow then sure but for my anxiety I wanted something more airey. & I like the round one it feels nice on my mouth & teeth & isn’t heavy to hold in my mouth. It’s stunning too. I love the rainbow color. I stuck my own charm on it. Reminds me to always try to keep calm. This is just my everyday necklace now to remind myself how strong & capable I am. I love it. Since I quit smoking my anxiety has been rough & this necklace has helped so much. It’s a beautiful reminder to myself & a helpful tool.

It can barely reach my mouth and it’s huge- it can’t pass for a necklace-

These things do help slow your breathing to calm yourself, and some people probably find it helpful, but it is just a hollow tube. You could accomplish the same thing just by pursing your lips without the tube. Also, the bail that hangs it on the necklace broke off eventually.

Guys, this isn't groundbreaking technology. This is a small metal tube that you can wear on your neck that you breathe through to slow down your breathing. Yes, you can do this on your own, this is just a good tool to help equalize your breaths if you want/need the help. If that doesn't sound good to you, this is not your thing. I happen to love it.It also helps if you have any oral fixations like nail biting, snacking, vaping, etc. It allows you to bring something to your mouth when you are feeling anxious. Think of it like a fidget. The length of the chain is good, it is maybe 18". I had to get a new chain because I'm allergic to the original chain.The only thing I would change is that I wish this was hard plastic instead of metal because I don't like holding the metal between my teeth.Don't overthink it. It is exactly what it looks like. You either like it or you don't.

You get what you pay for on this one. We purchased so my husband could work towards stopping vaping while our toddler works to not suck his thumb (team power!). The chain the product comes on is very short making it difficult to realistically use if you are an adult

I quit vaping for 5 days and relapsed cuz i didnt have anything for the mouthfeel. Got this and it helped TREMENDOUSLY. Im never touching a vape again. And the relief you feel from the deep breaths from this are just *chefs kiss*. If you're considering, dont second guess yourself, just dive on in. Fantastic product!

I guess I should’ve researched more, but I figured there would be some kind of restricted airflow like with a vape, but this is literally sucking on a straw. Be sure that’s what you want before you buy this.

I don't have anything to compare it to because I have never used the more expensive models of this tool but this one seems to serve the purpose for which it was designed. I have worn and used it for a week myself and so far it seems to be just fine. I am glad to have found this alternative because I am a psychologist who looks for convenient tools to recommend to patients to aid in their control of anxiety. This is an affordable option and attractive enough to wear for all genders. The chain isn't glamorous but for the price, it is useful and efficient in helping to regulate mindful breathing.
