Amazing quality!
So beautiful! Amazing quality! I have made braised short ribs and a loaf of sourdough bread in it so far. I am very pleased and highly I recommend!

Perfect for Dutch Oven Artisan Bread
I've moved to a state that has lousy bakery bread. Previously I've tried making bread using a bread machine, but it came out too light and airy. I finally found a no knead multi grain Dutch oven bread recipe that I wanted to try. Since I've not had success with bread making in the past, I didn't want to invest a lot of money in a Dutch oven in case it didn't work out. Fortunately for me my first try at baking this recipe was a fantastic success. The Dutch oven handled the 450° pre heated oven easily and the non-stick interior let the finished bread slide right out. My husband has also used the Dutch oven to bake a stew with great results. I'm thrilled with the price and happy I wasn't tempted to invest in one more expensive, as this one meets all my needs.

Perfect Dutch oven
I love this Dutch oven so much! Makes beautiful bread. It is not the most fancy, and it does get dark inside but the enamel has held up and it makes my bread perfect!

Why pay for LeCruset?
Just like the fancy brand, this is enamel over cast iron. I don't see why someone would want to pay much much more for the same functionality.

Not the size I ordered
This review is purely on the fact that I ordered a 4.5 quart and received a 3.5 quart. It was small looking to me so I measured water into it and it only fit 3.5qt to the brim. The box even has a sticker on it that said 4.5qt. I’m placed a return for a replacement, really hoping the correct size comes because it is a beautiful cast iron Dutch oven and seems like a solid bit. I just need the size I purchased.
