Well made, comfortable and safe pain relief!
I recently had an episode of lower back pain that I hadn't had in years. I forgot how bad it felt and wanted to do something proactive this time around instead of just laying around in pain and taking meds for the pain. I have seen Restorative and Physical Therapy using inversion tables on patients and thought that it may be something worth trying. I saw this table on Amazon and the price was way better than what I was expecting to pay for a good inversion table. I ordered the Yoleo table and it arrived pretty fast. I then worried that at that price this might be some flimsy piece that will be wasted in a year or so, but no! This thing is great! It is well built and it is really easy to put together and set up. I was ready to give it a try in about forty minutes and I was just cruising putting it together. This thing is awesome! I could feel a difference the first time I got on it and inverted. I could feel a huge amount of relief in my lower back, like a gentle stretching and relief of compression and pain. I didn't want to overdo it so I just stayed about 3/4 inverted for about 5 minutes and it was amazing. Every day I go a little farther inverted and stay a little longer in that position and t is really helping with my pain. The table is sturdy and I really like how secure you feel in it. The ankles are firmly secured and you don't slide or move at all as long as you have the height adjustment correct and the ankles secured. I have only been using this thing for a week or so but I am so happy with this thing! I can honestly recommend this to anyone wanting to give inversion therapy a try. This table is well built and should last a long time. I have only one complaint and that is the little rod that acts as the limiter for how far you want to invert will sometimes fall out and I can't figure out how it is meant to stay secured in the frame of the table, but really, I don't ever need it. I just stop myself with the handles when I've reached how far I want to go. That is another thing I like about this table is the handles. You can even do this by yourself if you use the handles to bring yourself back upright. Really glad I took the chance and got this table, I think you will be glad you did too!

Wow!!
I was not expecting such a quality product for the fairly low price. Super easy to move around and to put together. Very stable, I don't feel like it will fall apart when I'm leaning back. Great stability and does not take up much room. The thickness of the padding make for a comfortable use.

Yoleo works Smoothly Except Bushing Part #19 should be shorter (Reference Step 5 - No.3
Slowly and methodically I completed the assembly of my Yoleo Inversion Table. I completed slowly to make sure all the nuts and bolts are securely tightened. It operates smoothly and the quality is very good. There is one suggestion for Yoleo. The Metal Bushing (#19) for the Rear Leg Tube should be 1/8" or 3/16" shorter. I could not get the nut on the underside to screw on. I had to grind it shorter before the threads would engage. Otherwise assembly went smoothly and it does help my lower back pain.

Wasnât too easy to set up and quite sturdy
We just set this up today and it feels very solid and well built once assembled, which is reassuring for an inversion table. I tried it right away and it did helpâmy back cracked a bit and felt more relaxed afterward. It seems like a useful option if you deal with back tightness or want something for light relief at home. There is a bit of a learning curve. If I lean back too far, itâs not that easy to come back up, so Iâd recommend starting slowly and getting comfortable with the range before going fully inverted. Overall, Iâm happy with it so far. It works as expected and feels like a worthwhile purchase.

Great table with ambiguous strap
As soon as I recieved the table, upon opening I saw the instructions were easy to follow which was a relief. Each set of parts came organized and assembly was straight forward. However the usage of the security strap that passes over the chest is ambiguous and its hard to tell where to strap it exactly. Also the tools given with the parts were not sufficient for reach and torque of the bolts, but I still give 5 stars. Great strong and sturdy table

Solid build, but poor balance makes solo use difficult
I really wanted this inversion table to be a practical solution for back pain relief, but after using it for about 6 weeks, I can only give it 3 out of 5 stars. While it has some solid features and decent build quality, the actual usability is more limited than expected, especially if youâre planning to use it independently. On the positive side, the construction feels sturdy and secure. The steel frame and overall design give it a stable foundation, and itâs reassuring to know it supports up to 300 lbs. The lumbar support and padding are also comfortable enough for short sessions, and assembly was relatively straightforward compared to other fitness equipment. However, the biggest drawback, and honestly the most important one, is how difficult it is to properly balance and invert on your own. The table does not smoothly tip backward and return upright using just your body weight, which is how inversion tables are typically intended to function. Instead, it often requires you to awkwardly shift, push off, or even have someone assist you to get fully inverted or return to an upright position. This becomes a real issue during actual use. If you live alone or expect a seamless, controlled inversion experience, this can feel frustrating and even a bit unsafe. The lack of smooth weight distribution makes it hard to find that âeffortless pivot pointâ that better inversion tables provide. The adjustability options are there, but even after tweaking the height settings multiple times, it still didnât feel properly calibrated for balanced movement. It ends up feeling like the center of gravity is off, which defeats the purpose of a gravity-based system. Another downside is that it's fairly bulky and not something youâll want to move around frequently. Combined with the usability issue, it makes the overall experience feel less convenient than advertised. To be fair, it does provide some relief once youâre fully inverted, and for the price point, the materials and safety features are respectable. But the core functionality, smooth, independent inversion, is where it falls short. Overall, this inversion table works, but not as effortlessly as it should. If you have someone to assist you or donât mind a bit of trial and error getting in and out of position, it may still be worth considering. Otherwise, those looking for a more seamless, solo-friendly experience may want to explore other options.

Very Impressed!!!
This inversion table works GREAT! It is well built and so easy to assemble. My wife put it together and I tightened all the nuts and bolts. For the price you can't beat this! Best part is you don't have to pay for gravity. It's FREE!
