Multiple heat settings, multiple time settings from 30 minutes to 2 hours, soft fabric, thin so easy to pack for trips, and inexpensive. I thought it had stopped working after 4 months and even ordered another brand/model. Word to the wise: check all connections before assuming the worst. The heating pad is fine. The connection with the cord was stuck in the recliner and had come apart! How to feel foolish on a holiday weekend before any partying begins!

Nice compact heating pad that warms nicely. I use it on my neck and upper spine. Everything starts to loosen up when I use this heating pad. Has a temperature control and timer with automatic shutoff. Like all heating pads it can get pretty warm. I usually set it at level 4.

It’s pretty great so far but isn’t user friendly for those who may have disabilities. Buttons should be backlit and a switch would be better! Maybe make two types of controls.

This XXL heating pad was JUST what my mom needed as an early Mother’s Day gift. She has recently developed arthritis and has difficulty sleeping due to that pain, and this has been a HUGE help for her. I’m so glad I went with the extra large sized pad so she cover her entire back at one time, and the shut off safety feature is so important, because the amount of comforting heat this item puts out lulls her to finally be able to get some sleep.
