OttLiteWheel Base Accessory – Compatible only with Specific OttLite Floor Lamps, Portable Rolling Lock Wheels, for Crafting, Reading, Sewing

We got the 24watt Ottlite floor lamp to do jigsaw puzzles. We are seniors and need lots of light. Great source of nice light, but at its height it kept bumping my head. So the solution was to get this stand. It raised the light enough now my head does not hit the end of the lamp. It is nice it can roll around easily. you are suppose to bolt the lamp base to the stand, but I didn't as it seemed too hard for me to do. I also have another Ottlite and now I can switch the base to the other lamp if needed. I just have to be a bit more careful when I move the lamp since it isn't bolted to the stand.

Love it the white one but wish they had a black one.

I like the versatility this gives my Ott lite. It's much easier to move now to get just the right light. I didn't realize when I ordered that it's not intended for the model of Ott lite that I have, but I made it work anyway.

All tools, nuts, screws and washers included in the box to assemble the roller stand to lamp base were NOT the right size needed. Nothing was the right size. I had to use my tools and buy a screw long enough to work. Someone had head up a.. when adding the nuts, screws washers and wrenches.

Base of light fits perfectly in the roller - makes moving the light around easy.

Base is fine, sturdier than the tall lamp it holds, but lamp still want to tip over. Lamp also wants to come a part from its original base pieces of metal making up the pole of the lamp also keep loosening, adding to the lean and tip problem. I keep tightening everything but it loosens again. I had hoped this base would solve problems, at least by being a heavier and broader base. It has not. However, my expectation may have been unrealistic. The base is fairly heavy, rolls well and fits into small spaces well because base is oblong, not round. I just wish I have bought a better Ott light, instead of a relatively inexpensive promotional package. This does fit lamp well.

I should have paid more attention to the base of my Ottlite because it doesn’t actually fit this. I will be rigging it up so that I can use it still because I really like the concept.So just beware that you are making sure your base is oval to fit.

The media could not be loaded.  Description stated had flaws but I could not find any; plus it’s on the floor not worried about a few scratches no one will ever see.

This works with my OTTlite, even though mine wasn't listed as one of the compatible ones. It was a little expensive for what it is and the plastic is not as heavy as I would have expected. It serves the purpose of being able to move my light easily out of the way or to another room.

I bought this for my 3 in one craft light but sadly it doesn’t have an attachment to work with my light. I wasted $50. Now it just sits!

Was fine once we got the proper hardware.
