Q: Does it go on the inside of the car window or on the outside of the car?

I put mine on the inside... I'm sure it can go on the outside. Also make sure you line it up before you try sticking it on... Mine is about an inch away from the base of the window.. Its also tricky getting it to transfer.. Rub really hard with a card but not too hard... The hands were the most difficult so I just took them off the paper then placed them on the window. I will definitely be ordering another in the near future lol

Q: Is this decal easily removable?

To remove most decals - use this product - UnDu. It is available at art/craft stores and of course Amazon. I keep some on hand at all times.

Yes, we can make it in 4 inches wide too.

Q: mine did not come with any instructions; can someone help me out? Are there 2 layers to peel? Rub on with a credit card like a screen protector?

You want to peel the clear plastic layer away and keep the decal attached to it. Do this slowly as some of it may remain adhered to the cardboard. Stop and peel it off the cardboard and reattach it to the clear plastic. Once it's off the cardboard discard the cardboard. Now carefully place your decal where you want it. I have mine on the back window of my car. On the outside. Once you place it there firmly rub the decal with a credit card or driver's license. Now carefully peel the clear plastic away making sure your decal stays behind. I've had mine in place for almost a year and it looks as good as new.
