Not happy
I got this because I was moving out of state from my best friend and I thought it would be nice to have something like this. We tried hooking hers up before I left and we couldn’t get it to connect. Had to hit the retry button like ten times before it would go to the next step and it would never finish. We finally contacted support but they aren’t open on the weekends so we had to wait for the week. Talked to someone via text and he told us that it had to be 2.4 WiFi and we had to be right next to the WiFi box to hook it up and then it can be moved. But that didn’t work either.

Love love love this lamp!!
I bought one for me and my kiddos for our home in Florida and bought one for my dad who lives in Virginia. We love this lamp. It's such a cute and fun way to express we're thinking about pop pop. My kids and I love it.

So much fun
My best friend and I got these lamps. We are loving how every single day we can say hello with just a touch. They were really easy to set up and have added many happy moments in the day.

Doesn’t work
I cannot tell you the level of anger and frustration this has brought me. After two days of trying to get this to work, I am returning it. As well as the gift ones I sent everyone. What a major hassle.
