I needed a tall ladder that was slender in size, not bulky, easy to handle, would store easily, and be safe and sturdy and look nice. This ladder is PERFECT!!!!I love showing it off to my friends. I have a lot of my storage space way up high. Love it!!!!

I'm short, so I needed a step ladder so I could truly reach the top shelves in my cupboards, but I didn't want to give it a lot of room when not in use. This one is very thin when folded, and easily slips in-between my dryer and my pantry. It's great! Easy to use and I feel safe on it.

This is the second one we bought. It feels substantial even with its light weight, folds extremely flat (slips into the narrow space beside the fridge) and feels solidly sturdy. Well designed

I am afraid of heights, and even a short step ladder isn't my most fun thing to climb up. For me a step ladder has to feel safe before I can climb it. This ladder feels safe and well built. It's aluminum which means I can store it on my porch to allow me easy access to not only anything small outside, but mostly to allow me to reach the top of my new Ford Explorer and wash the sun roof and even reach the center of the windshield. Without ladder I can not reach the center of my windshield. I chose this one because it appeared to be well made for the price. I feel comfortable in the decision I made buying this one. The one and only concern I even felt was when I noticed that even though the entire ladder is heavy-grade aluminum, the corners that connect the legs to the top cross bar are plastic. I guess it makes it less expensive, easier to build, and maybe lightweight, but the first time I sued it I actually twisted my 230 lbs. body on the top step and noticed I was putting a strain on the ladder corners. Not that I feared it would suddenly break without warning, but the thought crossed my mind that instead of twisting things while up in the air on the ladder, I needed to step off the ladder and move it a few inches into the next position before climbing it again. This could be an issue that nobody else would car about but that only caught my attention due to my fear of falling form a ladder. Of course it's so minor of an issue that I never considered returning the ladder. It is still the best and most perfect solution for me when I need a lightweight step ladder quickly. I weight 165 and I have found this ladder to be exceptionally sturdy and stable even on the top step. It is also easy to open and close, lightweight and nice looking.
