Nicely made and works well. Battery less than some but OK for general use.

Bought for an elderly person as an upgrade to the Doro 8050. Easy to set up. The phone works well, has a bigger screen and larger internal memory so can download far more Apps. The remote assistance through team viewer does not work well but the usual remote assistance found on a Doro (screen brightness and sound) does work. All in all, a good, fairly easy phone for an elderly person to use, especially if they are familiar with previous Doro phones or other smartphones running on Android.

Purchased for a relative who's really fallen out with technology, but still wants to feel that they have access to a mobile phone, apps and the internet, due to the world in which we live they realise that sadly banking etc... does have to be done through an app.The good thing about this phone is that you have the option to simplify the screen, so unlike a lot of mobile phones you don't have to have the screen cluttered with lot of useless apps. They love it's simplicity and really clear screen and buttons. Would recommend for anyone who wants a more simpler life but still have a phone.

Phone was ok but rather slow and clunky, some downloaded apps didn’t perform as on other phones ?.I’ve since sold it and bought an iPhone SE which is far superior yet has all the ease of use features as the doro.

This was an excellent purchase for an elderly man who had previously avoided getting a mobile phone due to his unfamiliarity with the technology. This phone was chosen specifically for its simplicity and ease of use. It was straightforward to set up and operate, and he has now begun to take advantage of its smart features. The screen quality and size are ideal, and the sound is clear. The phone charges quickly and easily, providing great value for the money.

All 3 elements of the order arrived quickly, exactly as ordered. I had an old Doro phone before so I was fairly sure it would be OK. The phone is easy to use and the screen is clear. The keyboard for messaging etc is a good size and the predictive text works well and is not annoying.The protective glass screen recommended as part of the package does not seem to be quite big enough but will probably do. The leather case recommended is good.

Really no good you are much better with an iPhone on a larger setting. Bought for my mum as she is struggling with technology but not user friendly at all. Screen has also smashed very easily would not recommend at all.
