Q: How do I connect to my motor home external gas point?

It will depend on what type of external gas point you have on your motorhome. You can search for "external gas point" on the internet and it will show pictures of common types. Ours is a "Bullfinch" system which is quite common and we bought a connector from our local motorhome dealer for about £10 and a length of hose.

Q: Can I just oder a new cooking tray ,

unfortunately we only sell the complete barbecue

Q: Which is the tallest version of the Cadac? Do you need to put these on a table top? We want a cadac that doesn’t leave you with back ache

It depends on whether you tend to stand or sit to cook. I like to sit and our Safari Chef 2 stands on an adjustable height table on its lowest setting, about 25cms high, works great.

Q: Will this connect to a regulated bullfinch outlet on a motorhome . Does it require high pressure hose?

It Just depends on which Cadac Safari Chef you mean as one users a canister the other a hose ( caravan type ) if it's the hose type I would think the hose would connect with a jubilee clip but you would have to disconnect it every time you wanted to pack the BBQ away
