I've had 3 to 4 other canvas canopies for my pergola. They've all faded and ripped within a year. The water would pool on them and stretch the fabric, eventually ripping it. The rain seeps thru this one, it looks great, provides shade and overall does a great job. Looking at the picture, No, I don't burn my firepit under it. This is my favorite cover I've bought for my pergola so far!

Exactly what I was looking for and it looks great

We have a non-standard size pergola on our deck that feels like the surface of the sun on hot days. We had hoped that a pergola would cut some of the sun when we had the deck built but it's often been too hot to sit out there. This year we decided to try and find a canopy and we bought the Snow White one from this company. We were really impressed with the emails from them to verify that we did need the size we ordered and it arrived much sooner than expected. We put it up yesterday and it fits great, is made from a good quality material and most importantly, it's providing the shade that we needed. We bought weighted poles to help keep it in place but the grommets are sturdy enough to also tie the corners to the posts. Hopefully it will last us a few years. But we would definitely recommend buying from this company.
