This is not criticism but I do not understand the procedure .I insert the card and nothing.I have been thinking that do I need the master map card before it can update.Thanks.

This SD card works perfect in my 2020 GMC Acadia. My original card quit “reading” and the dealership wanted a ridiculous amount to scan the problem replace the the old one. ***Make sure you follow the directions.

Did not work

I purchased my 2021 Yukon Denali from Autos of Dallas ( i will NEVER recommend that dealership to anyone, their terrible), and I received the vehicle and would get an error on the dash "SD Card Not Working Properly"...so I ordered this SD Card, and it worked! GPS & Speed Limit worked immediately! If you purchase one of these from GM they quoted me $451.11 !! I am extremely happy with this purchase, and so glad it all worked! FYI- it does NOT come with instructions, once you insert your card it will prompt you on your screen, however, I did insert my SD card while the vehicle was off, and then turned it on after it had been inserted for about 30 seconds.
