I understand that Chefmade is a small family-owned business; well, it shows! Apparently, nobody has told them to cheapen the quality of their merchandise to compete in today's global market. The 11-inch baking pan I just bought, and used for the first time the other day, is made the old-fashioned way: nice and heavy, beautiful champagne-gold non-stick finish (which really is non-stick), and no discernible seams anywhere. I cooked a whole pan-full of frozen chicken fingers at 425 degrees. There was no warping, no odor from the pan itself, and clean-up was a breeze. This thing is much better-made than the cheap non-stick pans you can buy at the grocery store. I'm impressed.

Can't say how they will hold up over time, but I love these pans! right now! These are thick, heavy pans. I'm guessing they'll hold up really well over time if used right. This is a deep pan. I used one cake mix & probably could have used 2 at one time with no overflow. The bake on this was was great! I coated the pan but don't think I even had to. I've NEVER had a cake come out so easily! Nothing stuck & clean up was easy. Cake baked pretty level without using cake strips too. I will be getting more of these pans!! They'd make great gifts too if you have someone who likes to bake.

I just received this, so I'm not sure yet how this pan will clean up, how well the non-stick will last, or whether or not it'll eventually warp, but I can say for certain that it fits perfectly on a rack of my Breville BOV900 Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro. There's now no more need for aluminum foil below what's cooking to prevent spills and splatters from falling onto the lower elements and then needing a post-cooking cleanup. Sure, I could have used the roasting pan, but I find this solution much easier; plus, now I have a baking sheet that'll maximize the available space within the oven. Breville - if you're listening, you should offer this pan as an accessory.

UPDATE: Warped on 5th use at 375 degrees, so jury is still out on this one. Wish I could cuss because I’m so forking excited to have found this pan. I’ve tried several and none have hit the mark till now. I wanted to avoid using foil in my Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fryer, so nonstick was critical. Also had to fit inside this oven. Size, darn near perfect. Easy to clean? You betcha. Color is a nice bonus. Super happy so far.

I just need a bigger baking pan to bake my bread. This baking pan is made of sturdy material. . When i read the description , i was very skeptical about non-stick baking pan. Whether all of my baking pans and molds are non-stock or not , i will always put parchment paper or grill mat on top of them. I had many poor experiences from some of so-called non-stick pans and molds. Several times , i did not put any parchment paper on top of my molds and baking pans. And most of them turned black and brown. It was pretty difficult for me to wipe off these black and brown stuff on my pans. Now they look very dirty .@@ But when i baked bread on the chefmade baking pan. It really surprised me the other day ,because it was really non-stick. And it is very very easy for me to clean it. Compared with my old pans and molds , i mean Chefmade baking pan is really thicker and heavier. And I like the surrounding rim ,because i can bake cake roll with this baking pan. I don't like using my old baking pan to bake cake roll ,because the surrounding pans are kind of tilted, not like the Chefmade pan. By the way, for making bread and cake rolls , this Chefmade baking pan is really worth investing. And the last thing which makes me disappointed is that "why the sellers don't have a baking pan of which size is more than 17"?" If they had a size more than 17" , i would probably buy a bigger size.

Great quality, non stick, lightweight and burn resistant, perfect for baking cake rolls.

Great baking sheet. Only issue is the edge lip collects water when in dishwasher or hand washing. This water proceeds to rust and drip everywhere.

Super love this tray. It fits my oven nicely and I am glad I didn't sting on choosing the cheaper choice. It is heavy and sturdy and retains heat well. The material is super non stick and the colour is so pleasing the the eye and cookies or bread or stuff u put on it. I baked bread with it for one time and the buns cooked well. Super happy with this choice.
