Really good quality coffee
First of all the package us beautiful for a gift or just to have it at the kitchen, beautiful. The coffee is delicious, smells amazing, the taste and the roast are on point. Delicious coffee to wake up for.

Great cup of coffee
Best coffee I've ever tasted. I could actually pick up on the cherry notes in it.

The Bourbon Rosado is meh at best.
The batch I received was old and pretty bad for "specialty" coffee. I did a comparison of these beans with the same variety to a bean roasted last week from the same region and elevation but different farms. The two coffees were not even comparable. This one had none of the scents or flavors associated with this coffee variety and even when grinding the beens lacked the sound high quality beans have when being ground. These beans were noticeably "softer" and had very little to no peaberry present in the entire bag.

This coffee is absolutely delicious, it’s got such an amazing taste and aroma. A must to try!

It’s okay
I’m no coffee connoisseur but I don’t get much taste from this one. It tastes very sour, which is good - but there is not much of any other taste I can taste. Just “sour roast”. It’s not particularly bad but nothing to be excited about in my humble opinion. I wish for a bit more fruit and actual coffee aroma, may be a bit more cream. For reference, I use it for cappuccinos in my Lelit Bianca. May be it’s much better for pourovers or French press.
