Q: Can secura be so kind as to make a whisk piece with zero plastic? sure would be nice if we did not have to have formaldahyde-plastic in our food!!

How do you know its putting formaldahyde in our food? Is there a scientific study you can share a link of?

Q: Is the interior 100% stainless steel or is there non-stick coating? Does the whisk piece have any plastic ?

The inside is stainless not nonstick. The whisk does have plastic.

Q: Q for manufacturer: There is a constant ticking sound from the base when the machine is off and plugged in. Normal?

My frother makes a similar sound. It annoys my wife, so we just unplug it after use. I read somewhere in the literature that unplugging the unit will extend the life of the motor. Otherwise, I couldn’t be more pleased with the performance of this frother. Gives me a perfect cappuccino every time.
