Wife uses it when she walks our dog. Dirtbags don't leash their dogs and we have been attcked 3 times before I got a cow prod. It has saved us 4 times. 12 years in this neighborhood and 7 loose dog attacks. She needed a shorter one. It is still high quality. We live in a FREE open roaming and FREE open carry (for the time being) state.Thank GOD, so it is legal.
