I've only just received these so I cannot possibly comment on long term comfort or general longevity yet - but on first impressions I am pleased with the manufacturing quality and design of the item.The steelwork seems thick, the legs are doubly reinforced, the padding/cushions are well proportioned and seem comfortable so far - and they are designed to fold up as thinly as possible.The material looks good and the powder coated finish is even on the steelwork. Given that (like almost everything these days) they are made in China, they exceeded my expectations when it came to the build quality. It deserves a good review.I don't tend to get many visitors all at once, but when I do, it will be good to have something for them to sit at - and I got these for going around a dinner table at Christmas, etc. I haven't extended my table and tried them for seating height proportions yet, but I think most chairs are the same general height.I don't have a lot of places to store chairs out of the way, so the fold up nature of these seemed ideal and I found that I can fit them into some wardrobe space when they are not in use, which is superb for me.I only gave four stars out of five because I have had issues with the order quantities not matching the delivered quantities, leading me to having to sort things out with Amazon and re-order more chairs.I ordered a set of four and yet only ONE box of two chairs have been arriving.The delivery order sticker label stuck to the box says "set of four" and "one package" - but the box is clearly marked on the packaging as containing two chairs - and does indeed only contain two chairs.There is a simple admin/clerical/processing error going on here and nobody is picking up on it, it seems.Anyway, I got it all sorted out in the end and I am happy with my purchases - and I would certainly recommend them to other people going off what I have seen and used of them so far.

I use this chair several days a week for about 2 hours at a time. For this reason I wanted something I wouldn't be shifting around in effort to remain comfortable. This chair is well cushioned, no squeaks when I move slightly or when getting in or out of the chair. The chair is sturdy, with plenty of supporting pieces that allow me to stand on the chair to reach very high shelves and I weigh 200lbs. I'm also 6 feet tall and find that the back rest is appropriate height to support my lower back when I lean back into, which I do often while on conference calls. Though it seems like it would be heavy, it is not and the material that covers the cushion doesn't deteriorate but isn't uncomfortable or rough to the touch. The red coloring on the chairs I purchased doesn't fade after continued use either. Overall I'd say that if you need a folding chair for indoor use, these chairs are the best value you'll find, especially for people who are looking for comfort as their main desire.

Excellent Portable chair for my for my weight 300 pounds

Very nice, sturdy cushioned metal chair with extra support giving you a surprisingly comfy seat.I purchased 3, one for each childs bum and ended the loud, "you had it yesterday, its my turn!" arguments. Worked like a charm for a very decent price. Thank you
