So far so good with this camera. Bought it as our wired CCTV has gone faulty and wanted a cheaper option that was wireless. I was sceptical at the low price but wow! Very impressive, super easy to set up and the connectivity to my WiFi is great. If this lasts out I will purchase again for the front of my home.

This camera has been awesome so far! The battery life is really long, and setting it up was super easy. I love the motion detection feature—it sends me instant notifications whenever someone is nearby, which gives me peace of mind.The two-way audio is really handy too, allowing me to talk to visitors or scare off anyone unwelcome. Plus, the alarm function is a great extra feature. The night vision works perfectly, even in total darkness. Overall, it has everything I need for security, and it’s been a great addition to my home.I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use outdoor security camera!"

Great camera, stores images and video using a 128mb micro SD card or subscription to MyCloud or both.Two-way conversation through camera, spotlight, siren alarm.I use one to protect my boat which sits on a mooring, the solar panel keeps the battery camera charged adequately.Uses host WiFi from nearby marina office enabling me to view live footage on my iPhone from anywhere.No more hit and run gelcoat damage by unknown boaters or theft from boat!By using MyCloud even if the camera was stolen images up to then would still be in Cloud - brilliant and worth the subscription per month which is cheaper than a pint of beer these days.Throughly enjoying being able to check on my boat from home night and day. Check WiFi signal strength at point where you intend mounting the camera using your phone as camera will need 50% at least to function smoothly.Excellent customer service from AOSU with quick replies using their app messaging and very helpful.Camera was simple to set up as was the AOSU app onto my iPhone.I believe that the SolarCam could be used without WiFi as a stand alone self charging camera with a suitable SD storage card in it but you would need to remove the SD card to read images on it using a laptop computer. That circumstance would be ideal for a remote location such as a barn or farm outbuilding where WiFi isn’t available.I recommend this SolarCam without hesitation.

Bought to monitor back gate & garage door. After opening the box first thing to do is charge the internal batteries, there's nothing in the instruction book to say this but is always a good idea to do this.Following the App instructions allows simple connection and installation, using a combination of Bluetooth & WiFi. The camera & App just works as intended, I'm on a Samsung Galaxy so can't comment on Apple devices working as well. Camera can simply be connected to Amazon Alexa should you require.Videos are stored either to the cloud (with subscription) or locally to a micro SD card (Bought separately), I used the SD card option.When the camera detects persons moving around the App sends a notification to the controlling phone and saves the video on the SD card lasting for the duration of the intrusion, this video can then be transferred to the controlling phone anywhere in the world.Video is of a decent resolution and night vision is also good. Upon notification of an intruder you can sound the built in alarm and turn on the spot light.I can highly recommend this security camera and is great value for money considering the features it comes with.

I bought this camera six months ago and have found it to give very good video images. The app has a large number of features. I bought it to attach to a bird table so that I could get close up views of local birds whilst feeding. Recently I had a problem establishing connectivity and found Aosu support to be very prompt, helpful and friendly in the way they responded.

The cameras have really good built quality.Really good point is the Human Only function, which if enabled, the camera will only send notifications if a person detected.The video quality is great and sharp (day and night), however the refresh rate is a bit low.The built-in LED is great but another light source is recommended.The battery last long but I do not think it will for 2 months. In my case, I would say a month but I get many notifications a day from each cameras.I had some connectivity issues at the beginning and I got the message Camera Offline. The problem was caused by my router. I changed the 5Ghz channel to 36 and since that I have not experienced this issue again. The videos and events load quickly.I also talked with the Support Team, and if you contact them from the app, they seem to be available 24/7.Overall these are great cameras.UPDATE 17/01/2024I faced quite a lot connection issue which are now resolved.These cameras only work on the 2.4GHz network. I have BT router with single SSID for the 5/2.4GHz network. My phone was connected to the router over the 5GHz network. The cameras were connected successfully but had offline issues, slow response problems.Here is the solution which has resolved the problem.I disabled the 5GHz network on my router then connected the cameras. After this I enabled the 5GHz network again.The app does not stop you to set up the cameras while your phone is connected to the 5GHz network while other apps do. This is what I remembered and tried.If you have a router with SSID for each network, make sure you connect your phone to the 2.4GHz one before setting the cameras up.

Bought this product after another camera I had purchased from another company did not live upto to expectations. I have had this camera installed for more than 3 days and the battery still is good. Had to reach out to customer service for something I had initiated and wanted it reverse. It was the annual subscription for 2 cameras. The price word seemed a little on the high side and when I was told it was in US$ I wanted it reversed. Other than that I must say I'm super pleased with the ease of use and overall clarity and responsiveness of the app.

Das System ist leicht zu installieren. Die Kamera hat ein gute Auflösung, Preis Leistung ist super. Die Verbindung mit der Homebase klappt sehr gut und die App funktioniert einwandfrei.

Kamera und Panel waren leicht zu installieren, und die erzeugte Energie ist zumindest jetzt in der schönen Jahreszeit ausreichend für Dauerbetrieb. Die zugehörige App war nicht ganz so leicht zu handhaben, funktionierte aber ab dem zweiten Anlauf. Wenn sich jetzt jemand der Türe nähert werden wir, egal wo wir uns befinden, informiert und können sofort aufs Bild zugreifen. Könnte für Katzenbesitzer interessant werden, denn man bekommt schnell mit, wenn das Tier wieder rein will.
