The heater I originally ordered had a malfunction, I sent it back and got a replacement and the replacement works great. Gets the water to the perfect temperature.

First time we used these to heat water for cleaning they overheated, partially melted (end caps) and glowed bright red enough to damage the plastic buckets they were placed in. Were willing to try something like this again but only if there are auto shut off and temp control features

there are a lot of these out there but i like that this one has an on/off switch on the cord

This heater is complete junk. Had it hooked to inkbird digital temp control and set it 110 degrees fahrenheit. Part of the heater melted and metal shield came off.

Switch melted on the second heat. Not really surprised TBH. Would be a good product if it was manufactured to withstand the the actual use of the product. I plan on tearing it apart to see the terible manufactureing.

Produced bucketfuls of hot water while we waited weeks to have a new gas water heater installed. We were very impressed.

When our water heater was out of service, used to take baths. Take note of the amount of water used as if too much it will take a long time to warm up.

Works as advertised.
